Note: March 27, 2009 I left the Peoria Unified School District for another organization.  Today Adventures in Podcasting stands as an audio archive of the birth of podcasting for the district.

Adventures in Podcasting is an audio archive of the process I went through to bring RSS and Podcasting to the students, teachers and community of the Peoria Unified School District.

Adventures in Podcasting was originally published November 27, 2005.  March of 2008, I began to move the show notes and MP3 content to this web site thus allowing me to have lifetime access to the show content.

Adventures in Podcasting is normally published on Sunday evening from my home in Phoenix Arizona.  However, during the summer, the show is published every other Sunday.

Tools used to create the show:

Audacity recording software
FeedEdit software to create the RSS feed for the show.  (This software is no longer needed as this site utilizes WordPress and PodPress.)
Windows XP
Shure microphone
Alesis 8 Channel Mixer
